Collections List (a)
This panel displays your photo collections. The currently selected collection will be highlighted in blue and the corresponding photos associated with that collection will be displayed in the Photo Preview Area. To assist organization, collections can be arranged into Folders that are indicated by the Folder Icon 
. Folders and collections can be ordered by dragging and dropping.
New Collections can be created by selecting 'New Collection' from the Collections List drop down menu

Photo Preview Area (b)
The Photo Preview Area displays thumbnails photos of the currently selected collection. Photos can be ordered by dragging and dropping. The photos will be viewed in this order by people you share your collection with. Clicking on a photo will add it to the currently selected photos, clicking on the same photo will deselect it. The photos in the current selection are displayed with a red border. All the photos in the collection can be selected by clicking on the 'Select all' link at the bottom of the Photo Preview Area. Likewise you can unselect all the photos by clicking on the 'Unselect all' link. There are several actions that can be performed on the currently selected photos such as move 
(to another collection), share 
, and delete

Clicking on the magnify icon 
will display that photo full screen with the background lightboxed.
Each photo has a drop down menu to show the 'Details' for that photo or to add the photo to the shopping cart for printing.
Collection Settings (c)
Clicking on the collection settings button 
will open a popup box that will allow you to set properties of the collection such as title, description, theme and permissions.
Upload (d)
Clicking on the upload button 
will allow you to upload photos into the currently selected collection.
View (e)
Clicking on the view button 
will allow you to view the entire collection.
Themes
Themes are a way for users to change the appearance/style of the Collection View Page. Every collection will have an associated theme. Each Theme will display the same boxes (Collection title,Display photo, Thumbnail box, Average Rating, Exif Data, Photo Information/Details, Comments), but the layout of these boxes will vary. Currently there are four different Themes for users to choose from when editing photos/Collections on the “Manage Page.”
Privacy/Permissions (f)
Privacy is controlled on a collection to collection basis. Each collection can have one of the following privacy settings:
- Public
Can be viewed by anyone.
- Private
Can only be viewed by the owner.
- Ecoz
Can be viewed by users that you select in a particular Ecoz.

How do I create a Folder? How do I create a Collection?
From the Collection List, click on the dropdown menu and select either New Folder or New Collection.
How do I move a Collection into an existing Folder?
Drag and drop the collection into the folder.
How do I change the name of a Collection?
While the collection is selected in the Collection List, click on the 'Collection settings' button. A popup will appear that will allow you to edit the collection name.
How do I know how the selected Theme will look?
Click “view” to see a preview of the entire collection. Click on any one photo. You are now on the Photo Details Page, and this is exactly how other users will see your Photos.
How do I change the Theme?
While the collection is selected in the Collection List, click on the 'Collection settings' button. A popup will appear, click on the theme tab and select your new theme.
How do I change the order my photos?
You can manually order photos by dragging and dropping them in the photo preview area.
How do I delete photos?
Select the photos that you want to delete and click on the delete photo icon.
How do I move photos from one collection to another?
Select the photos by clicking on them or use the 'select all' shortcut. Click on the move button. A popup will be displayed that will allow you to select what collection you would like to move the selected photos to.
How do I change the Photo Title, Photo Description, and Photo Tag(s)?
Select 'Details' from the drop down menu of the photo that you would like to edit. Edit the title, description and photo tags by clicking on the fields.
How do I upload new photos?
Click on the upload button.
How do I delete a Collection?
Click on the dropdown menu for the collection and select the 'Delete' link. Note all photos in the collection will be deleted.
How do I select who may view my Collection?
Click on the collection settings button and then click on the permissions tab. If you would like to hide the selected collection from all users, check the “Private” box. If you would like any user to view the collection, check the “Public” box. If you would like a selection of your networks, or “ecoz”, to view the collection, check the “ecoz” box. Once selected, you will see a list of personalized ecozes. To add or delete an ecoz, go to Home>Edit Profile>My Ecoz.
