Is there a limit to the picture size that can be uploaded?

Our website uploads to a maximum of 6MB and reduces the photo size if necessary. Higher size is available on Premium plan.

How are photos organized?

Photos can be grouped in collections. Different collections can be grouped into folders.

How are others able to see my photos?

Each user can register for a unique address that can be shared and used to direct people to their gallery page.

Can I link to or download photos that I see on photoEcoz?

Yes. When browsing a photo click on the "share" or "Download" link at the bottom of the image.

What can I do on the manage page?

The "Manage" page is where each user will control most of the photo editing capabilities. See/access all collections. Change themes/ecoz. Caption/title/delete photos.

What is a theme?

Different themes give you the option to change how users will view your collection. This can be considered a 'skin' or 'style' of how each collection's title, captions, thumbnails etc will look.

Photos can be easily dragged to the order that you many want them in. Additionally, they can be sorted by date or name.

How can I organize my collections?

From the photo manage page, after you create a folder it will appear in the "My Collections" list. If you click on the folder from the list you will see "[up][down]". Clicking on any of these will move the folder in the "My Collection" list either up or down. Similarly, if you click on a collection you will also see the "[up][down]" links. This will allow you to move that collection in the "My Collections" list but it will also allow you to move a collection into a folder. For example, when a collection is above a folder and you move the collection down it will move into the folder.

How do I invite friends to join the site so that they can view my photos?

From your homepage, click on the quick link button labeled "Find Friends". Click on the "invite them to join" link. In the text box type in the email address of the friends you would like to invite to photoEcoz. Email address should be separated by commas. Click the invite when done. When your friends join they will automatically be in your friends list.

How do I search for friends that are already members of photoEcoz?

From you homepage, click on the quick link button labeled "Find Friends". Type the email address or the name of your friend in the text box and then click on the "Search" button. The results of the search will be displayed. Click on the "Add to Friends" link to request them to be added to your friends list.

How do I remove a friend from my friends list?

From you homepage, click on the quick link button labeled "Find Friends". Type the email address or the name of your friend in the text box and then click on the "Search" button. The results of the search will be displayed. Click on the "Remove from friends" link to remove them from your friends list.

Is anyone able to see my photos?

People are able to see your photos depending on the privacy(public, private, ecoz) that you set for each collection.

What is the difference between public, private and ecoz?

* Public - Can be viewed by anyone.

   * Private - Can only be viewed by you.
   * Ecoz - Can be viewed by users that you choose to be in that ecoz

What are the tiny icons I see on some albums in my friends gallery page?

This indicates that only certain Ecoz can see this album. If you can see an album marked with this icon, then you are within an allowed viewing ecoz.

How do I change the Theme on the Collection Viewer Page?
